Preparation
Pour one gallon of cool or warm water (70-100°F / 21-38°C) into a saucepan. Gradually add one bag (20 oz) of mix into hot water, whisking thoroughly until thick and smooth. Heat water to 180°F (DO NOT BOIL) and hold for one minute. Create a flavorful broth by adding 3 to 4 oz of a Custom Culinary® soup base of your choice. For a richer dairy note, replace all or a portion of the water with milk or cream.
