Preparation
For best results use at room temperature. Mix 13.6 oz (386 g) Gravy Concentrate with 2 quarts water as follows: Bring 2 quarts of water to a rapid boil; reduce heat. Immediately add 13.6 oz of Gravy Concentrate and mix with a wire whip until gravy is smooth and thickened. To ensure optimal thickness and safe food handling, gravy should reach a temperature of 165°F measured with a calibrated food thermometer.
